Terms of Use
These terms describe the My Moment To service and membership as of October 6, 2026.
General-wellness service
My Moment To provides self-directed wellbeing, journaling, reflection, breathing, grounding, and rest tools. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or a substitute for professional advice.
Who can use My Moment To
My Moment To is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use member features.
Membership choices
Monthly membership is $10.99 per month and annual membership is $69.99 per year in the United States. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. The purchase screen controls final eligibility, local currency, taxes, price, and renewal date.
Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before renewal, the selected provider automatically charges the next monthly or annual period. Manage or cancel through the provider used to subscribe. Restore Purchases checks an existing store entitlement and does not create a new charge.
Cancellation, access, and refunds
Ordinary cancellation turns off the next renewal. You keep normal feature access until the end of the paid month or year, then an active membership is required to continue. There is no cancellation fee. Ordinary cancellation does not create an automatic refund, prorated refund, or credit for unused days or months. Cancel a web free trial before it ends to avoid the first paid charge; access continues until the trial ends. Cancellation does not delete your account or saved records. Approved provider refunds, required legal rights, fraud remedies, and other authorized exceptions still apply.
Access after membership ends
You may still manage or restore a subscription, view applicable billing information, read privacy and safety information, view your previously saved records, export your data, delete your account and data, and contact support. Creating or editing records and using member features require an active membership. When you return, you can sign in to the same account and restart membership without creating a new account.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate purchase information. Do not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, automate attacks against, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. We may limit unsafe or abusive use and may suspend access where reasonably necessary.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product improves. We may use reasonable limits to protect safety, reliability, and AI costs. Material changes to these terms or prices will be communicated as required before they take effect.
