Reflection guide
Start smaller than your ambition.
A useful reflection routine does not need a perfect notebook or a long daily session. Attach one short check-in to something that already happens, such as closing your laptop or getting into bed.
Pick one cue
Choose a moment that already repeats. Let the cue remind you, but do not treat a missed day as failure.
Ask one honest question
Try: What stayed with me today? A word, mood, or unfinished thought is enough.
Keep only what helps
Review occasionally, edit freely, and delete anything you no longer want to carry.
